In order to facilitate continued and structured growth, there is a need has arisen to hire a Director of Sales, Canada to join their management team and help write the sales and marketing playbook.
This role will be instrumental in taking this company and their services to the next stage with a focus on business development, strategic sales planning, marketing and generating revenue in a manner that allows for sustained growth and profitability.
In this key role, the Director of Sales, Canada will need to be a hands-on sales leader to drive brand awareness by adding new franchisees across Canada, identify potential acquisition opportunities to expand the reach of the brand and strengthen the company’s reputation and value proposition in the marketplace. This role will report into the President and manage all aspects of the sales process, including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, and closing of new franchisees to grow the network. Partnering with franchisee owners in identifying new opportunities within their local markets, attending trade shows, conferences and events, and looking at partnerships are all ways to expand their footprint. Uncovering strategic acquisitions, opportunities in businesses in new segments and complementary businesses, to grow market share, service offering, and revenue by utilizing data and insights and assessing the competitive landscape will be a passion of yours. As a senior leader in the business, you will lead a team of entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals in a unique fast-growing environment and will work closely with the executive leadership team across finance, support, legal, operations, a close knit and collaborative team. The Director of Sales, Canada is critical to growing revenues and to establish best practices, a shared set of goals, metrics, and tactical plans, as well as the execution and measurement of results to forecast and meet sales targets in line with organizational objectives and goals for success.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
Sales management, business development and marketing skills: 5+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth and 5+ years of experience leading and scaling a high growth company
Proven history of growing revenue through franchisees, partnerships and acquisitions
Successful track record of growing a franchise model business
Proven experience developing and executing a sales growth strategy
Experience managing a P&L
History of scaling services and building high performing teams, from the ground up
Collaborative, team player, exceptional interpersonal and people management skills required
