Vice President of Sales

Our client has ambitions to scale at a faster and more aggressive rate. Having recently expanded the company’s offering to include Acumatica and ServiceNow, and having seen significant returns already, the company ELT believes the time is right to continue the invest in the growth and development of the organization.

The company now seeks a dynamic, growth-focused Vice President of Sales to accelerate revenue growth and deliver key targets, with the objective of positioning the company for long-term succession.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within the enterprise software or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of SAP, Acumatica, and ServiceNow solutions and their market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP ecosystem and experience selling to SMB's.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics for decision-making

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and as a senior member of the executive team, The VP of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, marketing innovation, and a deep understanding of the enterprise software market. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to inspire and drive high-performance teams.
