Director, Supply Chain Finance

To drive the company's growth and strengthen our supply chain finance function, the newly established Director of Supply Chain Finance role is essential. In this dynamic position, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will work closely with senior business leaders to make key operational decisions, positioning this role as central to the organization’s success.

As the successful candidate, you will oversee the operational finance aspects of the supply chain, playing a critical role in shaping and participating in key organizational decisions. This includes creating KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to measure performance. Additionally, you will manage and streamline the daily operations of the supply chain finance team. A central aspect of your role will be to lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that talent is effectively nurtured and the right people are placed in the right roles.

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following: 
  • Must have a CPA designation,
  • Progressive experience within the operations/manufacturing/production/plant/supply chain finance function
  • Experience working in Manufacturing, CPG or similar type industries
  • Significant experience with standard costing, inventory management, continuous improvement and cost reductions
  • Resilient problem solver with the ability to work under tight deadlines in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and create; adaptable to change; and can build a vision and strategy for the team
  • Expert knowledge of Excel; and working knowledge of Power BI is preferred
