B Riley Farber has partnered with a well-established North American manufacturing company known for its dedication to operational excellence and innovative solutions. With a robust foundation built over decades, the company is poised for an exciting new growth phase, bolstered by private equity support. They are in search of a visionary President to lead their strategic transformation and drive expansion efforts.

In this crucial role, reporting directly to the Channel CEO, the President will define the company’s strategic vision and oversee all key functions, including sales and marketing, operations, finance, and logistics. This leader will be essential in identifying growth opportunities, enhancing market penetration, and diversifying the company's offerings.

The President will cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation, empowering employees to challenge existing norms and contribute to problem-solving initiatives. This position highlights the importance of operational efficiencies and leveraging synergies within the broader group to boost growth and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities will include developing talent and leadership across the organization, optimizing operational procedures, and driving strategic decision-making to enhance business performance. The President will work closely with the leadership team to ensure alignment with long-term objectives and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required; preference will be given to those with an MBA or advanced degree.
  • A proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within manufacturing and CPG.
  • At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in comparable industries, with a minimum of 5 years as President and/or CEO of a similar business unit.
  • Demonstrated an ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability. Specifically, customer innovation and top line revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in building and leading successful New Product Development (NPD) departments, with a history of delivering results.
  • Capability to manage internal and external risks effectively, ensuring resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • A strong commitment to prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction as fundamental aspects of operations.
  • Experience in managing budgets, profit and loss statements, and financial performance metrics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to enhance employee engagement and develop high-performance teams.
