Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Measurement: Conduct detailed performance calculations for investment portfolios, including attribution analysis and benchmarking against indices.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting performance trends and key drivers.
- Data Management: Oversee and maintain performance databases and measurement systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Compliance: Ensure performance reporting aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and GIPS compliance.
- Collaboration: Partner with portfolio managers, analysts, and other team members to provide actionable insights supporting investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. Progress toward or completion of the CFA designation is preferred.
- Experience: 4-6 years in performance analysis, investment management, or related areas.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- Proficiency with performance measurement tools and software (e.g., Morningstar, FactSet).
- Experience with database management, particularly SQL.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GIPS reporting.
