Our Financial Services practice designs tailor made executive search solutions for many of Canada’s leading asset and wealth management firms, as well as entrepreneurial-led family offices. Our team has delivered many important C-Suite and senior executive searches across all functional areas, within these subsectors of the financial services industry.

Our team is growing, and we are hiring a Principal to join our Financial Services vertical, based in Toronto.

This is an opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and career oriented, well-connected search professional to have an influential role in building our business. Experience from a search firm or from a corporate business development or related financial services role will be considered, coupled with the skills and expertise listed below:
  • Experience developing new business and managing key client relationships required, growing and managing a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional client service with expertise in the financial services sector (considering candidates with experience in any sub-sector of the financial services industry).
  • A proven track record in sales pipeline creation and experience in securing profitable new business is ideal.
  • Possess core values of collaboration, mutual respect, a strong work ethic and client and candidate centricity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a consultative and advisory approach with an ability to influence and build meaningful relationships.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills, and an ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple engagements at the same time.
  • Creative and solution-oriented approach with an innovative and agile mindset.
