As they navigate a period of significant change, they are looking for an experienced Interim CFOto join the team. This is a pivotal role for an accomplished financial leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring transformational change to the organization.
As the Interim CFO, you will act as a trusted financial business partner and right hand to the CEO, ensuring the financial stability, growth, and operational excellence of the organization. You will serve as a financial steward of the business, spearheading strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and driving results to deliver meaningful impact
Specific responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic vision
Provide actionable financial insights and strategies to drive business performance
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting with a focus on precision and results
Identify and implement operational improvements to increase profitability and efficiency
Dive into financial data to uncover root causes and develop effective solutions
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and maintain strong internal controls
Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business objectives
Oversee and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance
To support the above, the company is looking for someone with a:
Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
Manufacturing industry experience is highly beneficial/preferred
Strong systems and process experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
CPA designation

The engagement is anticipated to be 3-4-months at the onset, but may extend or convert to a permanent CFO position. The preference is to be onsite at the facility, but a hybrid model is an option.
This engagement is initially expected to last 3–4 months, with the potential to extend or transition into a permanent CFO role. While onsite presence at the facility is preferred, a hybrid work model can be accommodated.
