As the Interim VP Finance Leader, reporting to the CFO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all accounting and financial reporting. Your expertise will help shape the finance function and drive strategic initiatives during this pivotal period. You will be instrumental in shaping key organizational decisions, and managing financial reporting and consolidations.

- Partnering with the CFO to oversee all accounting functions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across all business units and segments.
- Contributing to pivotal decisions with a forward-looking perspective to ensure lasting success.
- Leading and nurturing a high-performing accounting team by aligning talent with roles that maximize impact and drive results.
- Streamlining and managing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- Must have a CPA designation
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (ie ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP).
- Experience working in Manufacturing or CPG companies that have gone through change and disruption.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and drive organizational change.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Resilient problem solver with the ability to work under tight deadlines in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and strong ERP implementation know-how is a positive
