B. Riley Farber’s Executive Search & Interim Management practice has partnered with Simplicity Car Care in the search for their next Director of Sales to be based in Ontario.

In order to facilitate continued and structured growth, the need has arisen to hire a Director of Sales to join their management team who will be instrumental in taking their company and services to the next stage with a focus on business development, strategic sales planning, marketing and generating revenue in a manner that allows for sustained growth and profitability.


In this key role the Director of Sales will be responsible for expanding the reach of the brand and strengthening their reputation and value proposition in the Canadian marketplace. This role will report into the President and manage all aspects of the sales process, including active prospecting, qualification, evaluation, and closing of new franchisees to grow the network.

As a senior leader in the business, you will lead a team of entrepreneurial-minded sales professionals in a unique fast-growing environment and will work closely with the executive leadership team across finance, support, legal, operations, a close knit and collaborative team.


In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • M.B.A., University degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Marketing
  • Sales management, business development and marketing skills: 5+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth and 5+ years of experience leading and scaling a high growth company
  • Proven history of growing revenue through franchisees, partnerships and acquisitions
  • Successful track record of growing a franchise model business
  • Proven experience developing and executing a sales growth strategy
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • History of scaling services and building high performing teams, from the ground up
  • Collaborative, team player, exceptional interpersonal and people management skills required
