As Product Development Manager, you will work collaboratively with a peer Manager and be pivotal in AMTB’s journey and future growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Product Development Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and customers, managing stakeholder meetings and effectively representing the company in the absence of the Chief Product Officer.


In this role, the individual will oversee and manage the product development process from concept through to production and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and OEMs to foster strong business relationships. As the Product Development Manager, you will develop and mentor the product development team, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth. In addition, leading forecasting activities, business planning, data management and reporting will all be key parts of this role to ensure alignment with company goals.

To be successful in this, you will possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Masters degree in Engineering or related preferred).
  • Previous experience in a product development, client-driven and leadership role.
  • Manufacturing industry experience required, automotive exposure a preference.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to oversee complex product development projects.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.
  • Executive presence - possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of driving results.
